Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra:Â The second section of Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ in Jharkhand, which was scheduled to begin at the moment (February 14), has been cancelled, Congress leaders mentioned.
